Lightning Fast

In as few as three taps, our road warriors can search for and book the nearest Wyndham hotel for the night with the new Lightning BookSM feature. And with real-time proximity, they’ll know just how far away they are from a good night’s rest.

Digital Key

Who needs key cards? Users have the option to skip the plastic and receive a digital room key to use throughout the duration of their stay.

*Coming in 2020 to Wyndham Grand Bonnet Creek in Orlando, Florida and Wyndham Grand Rio Mar in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. Expansion to additional hotels and resorts is anticipated over the next 12 months.

Mobile Check-in & Checkout

Users can now check in and check out right from their phone, reducing contact between themselves and hotel staff. They can also confirm room preferences, update their payment method, access their digital folio and more.

App Passport

We made traveling even more fun! With the new app passport, users can earn stamps for stays, in-app achievements and more.

Text Us 24/7

Need more towels? Looking for a restaurant to order takeout? At select hotels, users can text the front desk throughout their stay with questions or special requests.

Account Management

Users can make the most of their travels with simple and intuitive account management, including the ability to easily update their Wyndham Rewards member profile and stay preferences, add a preferred method of payment, view previous and upcoming stays, check their personalized offers, purchase points and more.
