You’ve Earned This

As the world’s most generous rewards program, Wyndham Rewards was long overdue for the same digital facelift recently received by the 18+ hotel brands under the Wyndham Hotel Group umbrella. It was time to adapt the site to take advantage of our new responsive templates, but with more functionality, personalization, and of course, more magic.

A Unified Experience

With the new template structure, users now experience the same search and book process as they do with our hotel brand sites. We also implemented a single sign-on process, seamlessly connecting the user’s information from one brand to another.

Personalization

Upon authentication, users are presented with more enticing offers and personalized content, making it easier for them to take advantage of member rates and track their account status.

Mega Menu

Through various on-property customer intercepts, we clearly understood two things from our users: they’re always in search of a deal, but more importantly, they want to book as quickly as possible. With the mega menu navigation, we not only designed an ever-present booking widget and sign in component, but we created a prominent space to surface the most high-value deals.

Streamlined Flows

As most would agree, forms are boring. And long forms, although sometimes legally necessary, are even worse. We tackled each enrollment, sign in, forgot password and contact form with care, streamlining form fields and creating a step-by-step digestible process. Yes, even our error states look good (and make sense).

With the new, easy-to-access account dashboard, we surfaced all the user’s most important information in one quick view. Through this single page, users can check on their upcoming reservations, review account activity, track their status and update any personal information.
